This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit www.tenteu-nail.com, submit a project or product enquiry, request samples or quotations, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our business. It applies primarily to professional and business contacts.

- Contact and business details: name, work email, telephone or WhatsApp number, company/brand, country, job role and preferred language.
- Project and commercial details: product ideas, target functions, formula or packaging requirements, samples, target markets, quantities, budgets, quotations and order-related communications.
- Communications: messages and attachments sent through forms, email, WhatsApp, live chat or other agreed channels.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device, browser, approximate location, page interactions, referral information, identifiers and diagnostic/security events.

Services currently used or loaded on the Site may include WordPress/WooCommerce components, Contact Form 7, Cloudflare Turnstile, Cookiebot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta technologies, Ahrefs Analytics, Smartsupp live chat, YouTube and WhatsApp. Their operation depends on the page, your choices and current configuration. 7. International transfers
TENTEU operates from China and works with customers and providers internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries with privacy laws different from those in your location. Where transfer restrictions apply, we use an available lawful mechanism appropriate to the transfer, such as contractual safeguards, an adequacy decision, consent where valid, or another permitted derogation. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
8. Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, taking account of the business relationship, limitation periods, product traceability, legal and accounting duties, security and dispute needs. Unless a longer period is required, unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Contract, transaction and compliance records may be kept for longer where required by applicable law or needed to protect legal rights. 9. Your choices and privacy rights

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through general business-enquiry forms. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
